About the Artist
Kaethe Butcher is an illustrator whose work explores the tender, complex emotions that exist between people—and within ourselves. Through delicate linework and intricate botanical motifs, she creates scenes that feel like memories you didn't know you had.
Based in Leipzig, Germany, her practice moves between commissioned editorial work and a deeply personal body of drawings that center women in moments of quiet introspection, intimacy, and self-discovery.
